【国内资讯】今年已有超40家钢企涉及重组及产能合作事项

今年以来，我国钢铁企业的并购重组步伐明显加快，鞍钢重组本钢，以6300万吨的粗钢产能成国内第二大钢企;宝武拟重组山钢，将打造1.5亿吨的巨型钢企。在大企业强势重组的同时，不少中小钢铁企业的兼并重组也动作频频。在发展形势向好的情况下，截至9月份，2021年就有超40家钢企涉及兼并重组以及产能合作事项。详情见下表：
