Changshu Standard Components Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changbiao Company") was established in 1955 and is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production and sales of fasteners. The company is located at No. 358 Tonggang Road, Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, with a favorable geographical location and convenient transportation.

The company possesses strong technical capabilities and complete hardware facilities. It is equipped with over 500 sets of various production and testing equipment, including more than 300 sets of cold heading equipment for fasteners, 6 heat treatment production lines, and a disc wire material shot blasting machine, acid washing line purification equipment, AS/RS automated storage system, as well as a series of annealing furnaces for medium carbon and alloy steel special materials. In terms of tool and mold processing, it is equipped with advanced facilities such as vacuum quenching furnaces, tempering furnaces, and deep cryogenic furnaces, and has the production capacity of 100,000 tons of fasteners per year.

The main products of the company include hexagonal head bolts, internal hexagonal screws, hexagonal nuts, hexagonal flange face bolts, self-drilling and self-tapping (fiberboard) screws, combination screws, high-strength steel structure bolt connection sets, and various non-standard special-shaped precision parts. The products strictly comply with national standards (GB), international standards (ISO), German standards (DIN), European standards (EN), American standards (ANSI), Japanese standards (JIS), and automotive industry standards (Q), and are widely used in high-end equipment manufacturing fields such as automobiles, railway locomotives, nuclear power, and wind power generation.

The company adheres to standardized production and has established a complete quality management system. It has successively obtained certifications for the ISO 9001 quality management system, the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system, and the ISO 14001 environmental management system. With outstanding technical strength and stable product quality, the company has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a Jiangsu brand product, a Jiangsu green factory, a provincial enterprise technology center in Jiangsu Province, and has received numerous honors such as the Outstanding Brand in the Machinery Industry of Jiangsu Province, the Fair Trade Workstation for Imports and Exports in Jiangsu Province, and other awards.

Development History

Provide customers with fastening solutions

The Changshu Sheet Metal Production Cooperative (the predecessor of Changshu Standard Parts Factory) was established.

Started the switch to the production of standard fasteners

Was renamed Changshu County Screw Factory

Was renamed Changshu Standard Parts Factory.

Changshu Standard Parts Factory was restructured into a joint-stock cooperative enterprise.

Moved from the Lizha Road factory area to Changshu Southeast Economic Development Zone.

The new factory in Dongnan was put into operation, covering an area of 200,000 square meters.

Groundbreaking Ceremony of Meili New Factory

Was selected for the Industrial Foundation Enhancement Program, and the new factory in Meili was officially launched.

Introduced strategic partners including Hengchangyao of Geqiu Group.

Completed the shareholding system reform, with Mr. Jiang Yongfeng serving as the Chairman; the company was renamed Changshu Standard Parts Factory Co., Ltd.

Was awarded the title of High-tech Enterprise.

Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huatai United Securities to help Changshu Standard Parts Factory Co., Ltd. access the capital market.

Established the Suzhou Fastener Fair Trade Workstation, and was awarded the title of Provincial Enterprise Technology Center in November.

Successfully approved as the Jiangsu Provincial Fair Trade Workstation for Import and Export.

Was awarded the title of Jiangsu Provincial Green Factory.
