Changshu Standard Parts Factory Co., Ltd. is located in Changshu high tech Industrial Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, formerly Changshu standard parts factory, covering an area of 500000 square meters, building area of 250000 square meters, total assets of 1 billion yuan, and 920 employees. It is a backbone enterprise in fastener industry of China Machinery Industry Federation, a self-employed import and export enterprise approved by the Ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation, and a large-scale class II enterprise with material processing overseas.
The company has a complete product development system. In 2012, it passed the quality assurance system certification of pressure pipeline component manufacturing. In 2014, it was listed in the list of qualified standard parts suppliers of China National Ordnance Industry Corporation. In 2016, it was selected as the industrial foundation project of the Ministry of industry and information technology. In 2018, it passed the certification of measurement assurance confirmation and renewal in Jiangsu Province. From 2017 to 2018, it has passed iatf16949:2016 quality management system version change certification of the automobile industry and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system version change certification. In 2018, it passed the CE certification of en15048 and en14399. The enterprise technology has been recognized by Suzhou municipal government, "Dali brand" registered trademark products have been rated as famous brand products in Jiangsu Province for more than 20 consecutive years, and also won the honorary title in 2006.
The company has more than 1800 main equipment and more than 400 various fastener cold heading machines, of which 50% are imported. There are 14 existing heat treatment production lines with an annual output of 140000 tons of high-strength bolts (≥ 8.8 grade). At the same time, the factory has a strong machining capacity, with complete process equipment such as cold heading machine manufacturing, fastener mold production, mechanical parts processing and various tooling assembly.
The company's "Dali brand" products are all made of imported and domestic large-scale steel plant raw materials, using ERP management system to produce all kinds of high-quality fasteners. The products cover a variety of series such as "bolts, screws, nuts, studs, assemblies, non-standard shaped parts and parts". With an annual production capacity of 180000 tons of various fasteners, it is a domestic production base of high-strength fasteners, and its products are exported to the European Union, Japan, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions.
During the 12th Five Year Plan period, the company focused on the development of 10.9 and 12.9-level automobile load, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, military heavy industry, marine shipping, rail transit and other industries, as well as high-strength fastener products for mechanical and electrical machine export engineering, and has carried out batch matching to many large enterprises (groups).
During the 13th Five Year Plan period, the company will focus on developing fasteners for rail transit (high-speed train), replacing imported high-strength fasteners, improving the process accuracy level of military system products, developing the product market of special-shaped threaded parts in the car industry, expanding the quantitative production scale, and improving the overall product technology and quality level of the enterprise.
